THESE TERMS OF USE (THESE “TERMS”) AND PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT ESTABLISHES THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS THAT APPLY TO YOU WHEN YOU USE THE SERVICE (AS DEFINED BELOW). BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, AS WELL AS ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE SERVICE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS. THESE TERMS CAN BE CHANGED, MODIFIED, SUPPLEMENTED, AND/OR UPDATED BY VION MASSAGE THERAPY(Vicki Iliff) AT ANY TIME; PROVIDED THAT I WILL ENDEAVOR TO PROVIDE YOU WITH PRIOR NOTICE OF ANY MATERIAL CHANGES. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SERVICE AFTER THE MODIFICATION OF THESE TERMS MEANS THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL SUCH CHANGES. ACCORDINGLY, YOU ARE ADVISED TO CONSULT THESE TERMS EACH TIME YOU ACCESS THE SERVICE IN ORDER TO VIEW ANY CHANGES TO THESE TERMS. THE “CLIENT”, “YOU” AND “YOUR” REFERS TO YOU, THE PERSON ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE AND ACCEPTING THE COMPANY’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS. “THE COMPANY”, “VION MASSAGE THERAPY”, “OURSELVES”, “WE” AND “US”, REFERS TO THE BUSINESS VION MASSAGE THERAPY. “PARTY”, “PARTIES”, OR “US”, REFERS TO BOTH THE CLIENT AND OURSELVES, OR EITHER THE CLIENT OR OURSELVES. ANY USE OF THE ABOVE TERMINOLOGY OR OTHER WORDS IN THE SINGULAR, PLURAL, CAPITALIZATION AND/OR HE/SHE OR THEY, ARE TAKEN AS INTERCHANGEABLE AND THEREFORE AS REFERRING TO SAME. AS FURTHER DESCRIBED BELOW, THESE TERMS REQUIRE THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS, AND ALSO LIMITS THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE.

Confidentiality
Vion Massage Therapy’s Client records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party unless legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Clients have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Client Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. All requests must be e-mailed with a subject line of: “Records Request” to vionmassagetherapy@gmail.com. Clients are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Client’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties. Vion Massage Therapy will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. The above exclusions and limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law. None of your statutory rights as a consumer are affected.

Payment
Vion Massage Therapy uses SquareUp Merchant Services to process all payments. We accept all major Credit/Debit Cards. Gratuity to Massage Therapists affiliated with Vion Massage Therapy can be provided in cash or credit. All payments must be made at the time services are rendered or before via online payment/invoice.

Cancellation Policy
Minimum 12 hours notice of cancellation required through phone call, text or email. If a cancellation notice of 11 hour and 59 minutes or less is provided, Vion Massage Therapy reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of no more than $65.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. Vion Massage Therapy offers no refunds.
